Dependent on what type of change you are looking for, Tenax can offer Interim positions, temp-to-hire, or a consultancy.  Travel will be dependent on the role and the client’s needs. You have the experience and we can provide the training you need to transition into a consultant role. Unlike going out on your own, we handle the payroll headaches, do all the contracting and insurance, and give you tools to work with along with a great support structure.

Yes! We see, more often than not, Subject-Matter Experts take leadership roles because they need the income that usually follows a supervisor or manager position. Experience is not something that can be downloaded or purchased. It’s a compilation of time, failures, and successes. It’s one of the things we value most and look for in a potential employee, and ultimately, what makes our client engagements so successful. We are always looking for contributors whether it be in a full, part-time, or as-needed basis, both in a paid and volunteer capacity. Come join our team!

Many of us have experienced working in the field , away from home, feeling unsupported. It can lead to burnout and depression. Our belief is that on-site engagements need to be a team event. We meet weekly at minimum and daily, if necessary, to discuss the progress and challenges that you may be experiencing. We are there to augment your efforts, whether it be providing analyst support, or a second set of fresh eyes to look at an issue.  This approach also ensures a good transition if you need vacation time or have an event that may take you away from the workplace. The end result is a better experience for our client and better life/work balance for you.

We prefer to bring on seasoned revenue cycle leaders and train them to consult, but would always consider someone who has strong people and analytical skills and is willing to put in the time and learn every end of the business. It’s not easy, but if this is your passion, let’s talk.
